If you offer frozen pizza in lobby, you should offer a toaster oven to cook it in. The microwave is not a good idea. Shower needed bleach; there was mold growing in Rm 224.

The staff were amazing

Liked: The staff was amazing! Food was delicious. Clean and attentive staff.
Disliked: The tenants above us were running and jumping until 4 am both days. We went to the staff four times to resolve. I’m sure they did what they could. Their only solution was to move us- instead of the ones above us. But that wasn’t feasible due to us having to leave for the tournament for that day. I would advise the place people who are staying long term with children on a bottom floor as our sleep was interrupted the entire time
