Liked: Indoor pool and hot tub was great. The bed was also very comfortable.
Disliked: I booked at this hotel because the website stated it offered a full hot breakfast. When we went to breakfast there were waffles, but the hotel was out of syrup. Egg but the hotel was out of bacon. We ended up having to go across the street to a McDonald's for breakfast. After getting back to the room I attempted a shower, but after less than 2 minutes the water turned completely cold. My family and I stay in hotels often and this is probably the worst stay I've had to date.

Liked: Staff were very nice and friendly and very helpful. The housekeeping staff were very efficient and quick, room was refreshed every day.
Disliked: The WIFI was a bit spotty at times but all you need to do is refresh and it should work.

Disliked: The bed was extremely hard, which resulted in back pain the entire stay. I slept on the couch sitting up the entire stay. Heat also didn’t work at all. The breakfast was just breakfast and coffee watered down.

Liked: The staff was super friendly, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable.
Disliked: the pool had no chairs by it, so when my girls wanted to swim I had to sit on the wet concrete, the bathroom in our room and the hallway by our room smelled like mildew.the hot tub my husband said felt like bath water.
