Liked: Indoor pool and hot tub was great. The bed was also very comfortable.
Disliked: I booked at this hotel because the website stated it offered a full hot breakfast. When we went to breakfast there were waffles, but the hotel was out of syrup. Egg but the hotel was out of bacon. We ended up having to go across the street to a McDonald's for breakfast. After getting back to the room I attempted a shower, but after less than 2 minutes the water turned completely cold. My family and I stay in hotels often and this is probably the worst stay I've had to date.

Tread Lightly, Like Walking On...

Liked: Beds were comfortable and breakfast decent.
Disliked: The floors are poorly insulated so the patron below me was less than enthused when we arrived around 10pm after a 13hr drive.. request the bottom floor if traveling with children so that you don't get threatened with removal after paying for your family's stay.

Disliked: 1 elevator for 4 floors of rooms, mold in the shower, toilet had to be flushed multiple times with each use, the water pressure was low, no mirror in the room except the bathroom. The biggest problem I had was that they charged my credit card the day we planned on checking in, at 11 am. We had t even had a chance to check in yet and were planning on using a different card to pay for the room. However, when we checked in, they asked us for a credit card which I thought was to pay for the room and deposit. She never said it was only fit the deposit. But when I checked my bank account the afternoon we checked in, my card I used to hold the room had already been charged that morning before we checked in. I was pretty pissed. It was wrong, and wrong of the desk clerk to not tell us what she was asking first the credit card for at Check in.
