Disliked: They don't service rooms. They don't remove trash in rooms so people pile it up in the halls. So trashy. Don't change sheets on second week. Elevator smells like marijuana. Random people hanging out around main entrance and smoking near front doors. People playing loud music in rooms after 1 am.

Liked: Nothing but I traveled alone and was tired. That is why I stayed. Property was very unsanitary. The door to my room had so many finger prints on the door and on elevator walls and doors
Disliked: Very unsanitary. Tub had scum marks and rust marks in it. Filthy, The doors in my room had so many finger prints especially the door to come in. I couldn’t believe it. The sofa was dirty. The luggage roller had so much hair on the carpet part of it.

Would gladly stay again, will...

Liked: Close to our destination, plenty of shopping around, as well as food
Disliked: Pillows could be better but im picky

Liked: Location was great, right off the expressway and close to carowinds, restaurants and downtown Pinewood (super cute). Check in and out was easy. Weren’t pleased with first room and they switched us with no problem! Business center was in working order and the pull out sofa was convenient with a family of 5.
Disliked: Building had a smell, first room smelled like cigarettes (second room smelled fine). We would not stay here again due to feeling a little uncomfortable with the immediate surrounding area. I did not think it was a good value for the hotel.

Disliked: The room had a very disgusting smell and at night time there was roaches crawling in the kitchen
