Pretty nice place!

Liked: Beds were a little firm but overall i liked it alot! The bathroom was lovely, the space was nice. I thought it was pretty lovely.

The room was freezing.

Liked: I like that the room was equipped with a hot tub and rain shower. The dim light and 2 tv was nice.
Disliked: I didn’t like the incident fee/authorization charge costing the same as my night stay and the fact that I had to pay it before my arrival to the property. My room was freezing after 3 hours of having the heat on in the room. I didn’t stay in the room more than 4 hours it was freezing and very uncomfortable that I couldn’t enjoyed the room. The hotel staff didn’t do anything to accommodate my situation after I complained about the temperature in the room.

Liked: Close to a lot of great restaurants and shopping places. . The staff was great, well the one i talked to was, he worked the day until evening, good dude and helpful.
Disliked: Have stayed here a couple times. Staff is always great and above and beyond. Was a bit disappointed at the cleanliness of the King hot tub suite. Drawers on inside were dirty, room had a smoky smell too it, danky. Hot tub water got nice and hot, the shower water not so much. If i looked out my window i had a good view of trash on the ground, a good amount, so property definitely could use a cleaning. Also noticed that all Fox stations were blocked on the TV and found that weird considering the others were allowed.

Release my money!!!!!

Liked: I've tried contacting the manager multiple times , each time the employee told me I would receive a call back from the manager by the end of business day, never happened. The security deposit is still pending on my account, I was told it was released upon checkout on March 1st and would be back into my account within 7 business days, it's been 11 business days now and it's still pending I was told to contact my bank , I contacted my bank multiple times to be told they can do nothing about the pending charge that the merchant has to call whoever they have to call in order to get this removed and gave me 2 auth codes to give to the manager of comfort suites. The comfort suites employee advised me those codes are useless , they've released the hold they can do nothing! Release my money!!!!

Disliked: Well we smelled marijuana and cigarettes in our room. People having sex down the hall! Yes… down the hall!! The shower had a leak. Wasn’t about to get under the covers due to recents reviews. Trusted my husband to find a hotel. Not again!
