Great Location, great staff.

Liked: The location was fantastic. The people at the front desk were always friendly and helpful
Disliked: My only complaint is that the sitting area in our suite didn't have a floor lamp between the chair and the sofa. It made sitting there difficult to read.

Liked: The staff was amazing. They were kind and attentive. It was very quiet and very clean.
Disliked: The mattress was terrible. You could feel the springs wearing through. Very tough two nights sleep.

Good Facility, bad location for...

Liked: The hotel facility was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and hot.
Disliked: The luggage cart use was very limited as they only had one cart, and it was missing in the morning when we had to checkout. I was using a walker and my wife had to carry all of our luggage down by herself. Not a good situation for this hotel chain.The location was next to the interstate highway and the intersection next to the hotel was the starting location for the 'Indy 500'. This went on for most for the night.

Disliked: The room was dirty. We found stuff underneath cousions. The bedding. So the room dose not get cleaned like it should will not come back if I don't have too

Liked: It was definitely a nice big room, the price is high but it was all in all a nice room!
