Bad

Disliked: I needed a room because I was having a water issue. I live in Peoria and when I arrived at the hotel they told me they don't rent to locals because they've had people who end up having parties in the room. I explained my water situation but she said that's their policy and told me I would have to contact the third party to get my refund. I'm a 63 year old woman, don't think I'm the kind of clientele that would be having a room party in the middle of the week at a 2 star hotel.

Awesome and exceeded my expectations.

Liked: Everything well done, room, food and environment.
Disliked: Very, very surprised not more customers! Great value for first time stay.

Liked: The room was clean & I like that you offer continental breakfast.
Disliked: We rented 2 rooms. One pullout mattress had blood on it with no sheets & the other was dirty with no sheets. When we asked for extra blankets to lay down on the matresses the girl at the front desk said they were all out.

Disliked: Staff member that Evening had a bit of an attitude. I asked if i could get a room in the 1st floor, closest to the entry way she did the opposite, it seems. When i addressed her about it she said the computer selects the room and she has no control of it. She also commented something about house keeping cleaning. It was around 9pm..There was only around 6 cars MAX in the parking lot..
