Good

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. And it was fairly quiet.
Disliked: The elevator did not work. The staff was always congregated in a staff room and not available.....even at the front desk. Got to the breakfast lounge at 8 am and all the breakfast items had been foraged and no restocking being done. No staff to complain to, and all the refreshments were watered down. So the breakfast that came with the registration of the room was non-existent. And the soda machine was not stocked either.

Disappointing

Liked: Overall place was clean and friendly.
Disliked: First thing Walking in all you could smell was weed went down to our room same thing went to bed and that’s all I could smell. Picked a non smoking room just didn’t realize there was one close by.

Good value and great size...

Liked: Clean and comfortable room with lots of space. We had connected rooms which was very convenient. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Elevator wasn’t working but luckily they had us in the first floor. Breakfast was ok but not great. Beds were a bit hard

Overall the hotel was decent...

Liked: Breakfast options were decent. Overall cleanliness was average. Pull out couch had urine stains on the mattress & was not useable. Carpeting in room was stained. Linen on one bed was severely stained and needed replaced. Staff was very accommodating in giving us clean linen but some of that had small tears. Towels were newer & serviceable but not plush. Overall the hotel was of average quality suitable for 1-2 nights for those on a budget.
Disliked: Some of the bedding was stained & obviously needed to be replaced. Mattress on the pull out was stained beyond use. Mattress was a bit worn out.

Superb

Liked: Everything was great!! Breakfast was excellent!! Wide variety!!
Disliked: We would've like fresh towels and the beds made, but other than that, everything was great!!
