Liked: We were here around the same time last year.. it is nice to see some improvements being made. It seems like it is more up to date.

Disliked: We had to get the sheets and blanket for the sofa bed downstairs instead of it being already in the room. The ironing board did not have a cover. One of the lamps by the bed did not work. The guests beside us were EXTREMELY loud, slamming doors, screaming, etc.

Liked: Clean, good breakfast, affordable.
Disliked: The mattresses were hard so we had a tough time sleeping. The other mattress had a topper that made it more comfortable.

Find somewhere else to stay
Liked: When I requested a different room due to the lack of cleanliness of the initial room, staff were accommodating and provided a better, somewhat cleaner room.
Disliked: Location is apparently in a not-so-safe area (number of police present in the area). The hotel itself was under construction, and outside our initial room was a pile of construction equipment. The lobby and rooms were dirty, stains on the furniture, hair on the bed, etc. The luggage cart wheels screeched horribly (a little WD40 would have gone a long way). I slept on top of the covers, using our own blankets as I did not feel safe to sleep in the bed.For the hotel condition, the price was far too high also. If providing Motel 6 accommodations, at least the price should match.
