Liked: I liked the included breakfast and the option to have food to go when leaving super early. I also liked how clean the bathrooms were in the suites.
Disliked: The elevator was broken and there were no luggage carriers available. The elevator was taking days to fix.

Disliked: I paid for a room that I didn’t get due to maintenance issues, the elevator. They were going to give me a room on the 4th floor, due to maintenance issues with elevator I didn’t feel like hiking up carrying my sleeping kids to that floor. Long story short, if the hotel has issues like maintenance issues please don’t list it on here just for the purpose of safety. I totally felt like I got scammed to be honest.

Disliked: Booking.com didn't show we would need a card on file once we got to the hotel.so it took 45 minutes to check in at desk and we were supposed to book online and have no hassle at the desk.after this clerk tells me that our Jacuzzi suites is on the 4 th floor and the elevators are broken so we have to use the stairs! I have asthma so this was a big letdown I spent 1 1/12 hours back and forth to car for my luggage( I would have left finding out elevator was broken but I couldn't get a refund !) I would have had to eat 168.00 for the room.!I can't afford this.once we got up to the room the whole floor smelled like cigarettes and fishy seafood smell very strong! Room looked clean enough until I started the Jacuzzi tub.i started the jets and it put gross black mold and dirt looking stuff in the water and left a weird orangish flakey substance all along the edge of tub.needles to say I decided not to get in after refilling and cleaning it twice and it still was releasing black dirt into water. So my stay was very disappointing at a time we really needed the relaxation away from stress and this place just made it worse.i probably won't use this company again. I wish I would have taken photos but I forgot.
