Liked: Carpet was stained, ottomans were falling apart, and there was a wad of blue gum on the wall when we showed up. The room and bathroom was also super dark because of the poor lightbulbs. They also double booked our room so halfway through our stay a group of people were trying to get into our room. Breakfast was great though and staff was nice.

Liked: I loved that there was an extra sink inside the room and the pullout couch.
Disliked: There was a bit of a humid smell in the room when we first entered, which was noticeable right away. After a few minutes, I got used to it, though! One thing I found a bit challenging was the noise from the neighbors above and next to us—there was quite a bit of yelling and arguments late into the night. I felt so tired that I didn't have the energy to call the front desk to say anything, and honestly, I'm just not the type to make complaints.On our first night, around 2 or 3 a.m., someone knocked on our door, which startled my daughter. When I woke up, I could still hear people arguing and some banging on the wall, which was a little unsettling. On the following nights, I also heard a bit of noise in the hallways, but I tried to let it slide and managed to fall back asleep. Another thing I found a bit odd was that we weren’t allowed to take breakfast food up to our room. We only enjoyed breakfast on the day of checkout, and my kids ended up kneeling by a table in the lobby to eat because there were no empty seats available. Overall, it was an adventure, but there were definitely a few things that could have been better!
