Liked: Customer service in trying to resolve issues.
Disliked: The floor was so dirty it made our feet black as soon as we walked around with our shoes off. Our room smelt like smoke. Our sheets had crust and hair stuck to it so we had to make our bed the first night. We were given the wrong room from booking and had requested the jacuzzi tub suite so we had to move on the last night. We were told we’d be reimbursed a lot but they lied and told us that booking would have to do it the last day we checked out.

Liked: Hotel was very clean, room was great! Front desk was very friendly as well. Loved that it was pet friendly as well! In a great location to walk to some restaurants ands shops.
Disliked: Breakfast was lacking. The waffle makers are great but the eggs and sausage looked like it had been heated up in the microwave. The quality could be better. We’ve stayed at other hotels that included breakfast and the did a much better job of offering more hot items, not so much pre packaged food. Also the lady that was working in the food are was not very friendly. I really noticed it b/c the rest of the staff was very friendly. Service is important and you should be warm and engaging to work in the industry!
