Don't overlook small things.

Disliked: Bell cart broken you would push and the metal would move side to side, the top support was hagging off and wood was exposed and 2×4 hold the cart together, bathroom dirty, ice cooler lid was dirty, ac heat thermostat broken, blanket was in 3 pieces and was so hot i slept without it. The bathroom shower handles looked like they were never cleaned. The bathroom fan did work but was held up by drywall screws that were exposed. The shower curtain was ripped. They wrapped the rip part around the hanger. Breakfast was bad, too. Eggs were scramble and runny, and bad taste couldn't eat them. Toaster was broken. One side worked sometimes. A nice lady did come out and messed with it for about 3 mins, and then it took 15 minutes to warm a bagel up. Not Toast It just warms it.I got tired of waiting. Orange juice tasted like mold. Probably from not cleaning the machine right. Have more pictures. I wish I could upload all.

Great Room

Liked: Clean room, comfortable bed, desk and maintenance staff friendly, easy check in - out.
Disliked: Breakfast was picked up early, no variety (breads, cereal, etc), kitchen staff rude and unhelpful.
