Liked: Not up to the standards of most Comfort Inn's & Suites we've stayed in.Carpet needs cleaning.Freezer froze our food.No door for freezer inside refrigerator.Light in bathroom kept flickering, so we used the other light.The TV was not easy to maneuver channels on.The room is outdated, furnishings very worn out, baseboards need cleaning.The bathroom door should have an option to keep open.The bathroom tile and baseboards need a good cleaning too.The curtains are old and torn.The darkening curtains were off center and hard to open and close.The bath/ shower tub faucet needs adjustment because it sprays water slightly.The breakfast needs yogurts, fruit, and some healthy options. And pastries for those who enjoy sweets with their coffee would be better than muffins.You might consider this too.Some hotels have fresh baked cookies and coffee for guests in the afternoon.On a positive note...The staff was excellent.Especially Sam and your Hotel manager and the young lady on staff this morning. ( Wednesday) 10/23/24.The staff needs to wear their name tags so we can remember them when writing reviews.I also thought the pet fee was high considering we had Lily our Jack Russell with us at all times and never left her unattended in the hotel room even though she is not a chewer or destructive Jack Russell...She just barks too much!Most hotels I have only paid $25-$35 a night.Some properties even waived our fees per night due to our long stays and charged a flat rate of $100.00...Moving on...Molly and Chad were very customer service oriented, friendly, and polite...All the housekeeping staff were great.The beds were very comfortable.When I spilled my coffee on the floor near the elevator, the hotel went out of their way to bring me another coffee which was from Dunkin Donuts.This made my day as we have been here 5 days packing up to complete our relocation north.

Overall the stay was good.

Liked: The front desk personnel were professional, friendly, and efficient at both check in and check out. The lady during breakfast kept the food filled and the tables clean.
Disliked: The black mold in the caulk between the tub and the wall.
