Maybe get first floor, but third floor definitely had a very strong smoke smell; sheets were dirty and shower towels were stained.
Liked: Spacious; decent price.
Disliked: Dirty sheets and stained towels; third floor and room smelled like people smoked continuously.

Questionable if I would go there again.
Liked: Walk in shower.
Disliked: It smelled bad; carpet was away from the edge of the wall and the A/C wasn't good at all.

Awesome hotel. Great location and easy access to I-35 E and Loop 12. We had several choices for great restaurants also. Very quiet and the room was extremely clean. I will be returning very soon. Would highly recommend.
