Disliked: It was my sons birthday and there were ants in room to the point I had to take all my food and snacks to my truck early morning around 1a.m. Front desk and especially owner/ manager weren't helpful..I called and complained and never heard back

Liked: Spartan at best. No fruit the firat day.
Disliked: They were way understaffed. One person to do everything. Usually no one at the front desk. Had an overhead light in our room stuck on, so terrible sleep. Everything was dirty everywhere.

Liked: The breakfast was decent and had gluten free food that I could eat. The eggs were not very good, but the coffee was great.
Disliked: The bath tub had mold, I had to dig hair out of the drain so the water would drain in the tub, the floor in the room and in the hall was sticky. There was a dirty washcloth hanging in the bathroom when we entered. The carpets were dirty and the luggage rack was very dirty.

Disliked: It wasn't in good repair, the tv remote didn't work and when the guy came up it still didn't work. Had to stand by the tv and manually switch stations.

Bad

Liked: Breakfast was a surprise compared to the rest of the stay. Breakfast was the only positive of our stay.
Disliked: The beds themselves were dirty. (Checked for bedbugs didn't see any). But the beds were dirty. The outside side door did not lock, and our room door hardly locked, as we had to slam it shut just to latch it. The shower had mold, and the soap dispensers were empty. The room looked unvacuumed. We needed an extra blanket for my son. The front desk claimed there were none?! Bought candy from the front, got 2 fun sized Twix for $2 even though a full-size candy bar is advertised in the display. "Heated pool" was ice cold....just an overall sub-par and bad stay. Will not be returning or recommending to anyone I know.
