Liked: Nothing ! From check in to check out it was a horrible experience
Disliked: Room booked was not available, heat was broken in room so we froze and the fridge was also broken and froze all our food Continental Breakfast was a big disappointment with the only protein option peanut butter I was given the managers number before check out and told he would call me the next day. Still no response

Our family enjoy our stay.

Liked: Breakfast was nice. The grandkids love the pool. Staff have been helpful and kind.

Disliked: Staff continually opening the door for room service with do not disturb placard on door . Also the continental breakfast was terrible.

Liked: I like that they switched me from room 215. I assume this must be the one they try to only give to people, the order through booking
Disliked: 215 needs to be fixed

the staff are very amazing

Liked: breakfast wasn't that good but the staff was amazing and very nice!
Disliked: the breakfast was not what it shows in pictures. the rooms are very small and didn't smell that good.
