Terrible, the staff doesn’t care.

Liked: The location
Disliked: I had to change rooms immediately when I checked in because the tv was broke. Then I switch rooms to find out there is something that was in there biting me. I had to get my baby out of there at 5am. A manager hasn’t reached out to me yet.

We enjoyed our stay there....

Liked: Location was very good. Close to I69 and places to eat.
Disliked: The heater in the room operated oddly. Set the temperature to around 70 degrees but it got too hot. Had to set it down to around 65 degrees to be comfortable. It was somewhat noisy. I did report to the front desk clerk that the smoke detector in the room was hanging down and advised them to have the maintenance person fix it. Could have been a safety issue.

Liked: Friendly staff and decent breakfast.
Disliked: Pool was freezing, deadbolt broken, TV only had signal for a few channels. Husband was bitten multiple times each from something. Side entrance sidewalk is far from safe and door does not lock. Disappointing experience.
