Liked: The receptionist was welcoming and very understanding.
Disliked: The bathroom extractor fan was making a terrible noise, which disrupted my sleep. Also, the breakfast has limited options.

Disliked: Booked this hotel for the weekend and the first night my room started to smell like gas and so we told the front desk and he gave us spray to cover up the smell with or gave us the option to switch rooms so we switched rooms and the window was broken in the second room and then we moved again the the third room and the tub was pouring water outside the tub. then when we brought it to front desk attention when we checked out to see if we could get a discount with all the inconvenience they told us that we would have to call and ask to speak to the manager. I don’t recommend this place, not very cleanliness and staff Who is not helpful.

Liked: Nothing ! From check in to check out it was a horrible experience
Disliked: Room booked was not available, heat was broken in room so we froze and the fridge was also broken and froze all our food Continental Breakfast was a big disappointment with the only protein option peanut butter I was given the managers number before check out and told he would call me the next day. Still no response

Our family enjoy our stay.

Liked: Breakfast was nice. The grandkids love the pool. Staff have been helpful and kind.
