Disliked: Had troubles getting housekeeping to get room clean - didn’t empty waste basket, left bath mat on floor, folded up used towels, didn’t replace used toiletries and tea packs.

Liked: The rooms was clean and stay was pleasant the shower needed attention.
Disliked: The beds were too soft they hurt mine and my husbands back, I ask if I could get a harder bed or a refund but they said no refund , no harder beds. So we stayed because we already paid.
