Exceptional

Liked: The room was nice and clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was served after we had to leave for our events so Not sure how that is. Would definitely stay again.

Nice stay in Elkhart.

Liked: Excellent stay. Very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Great price. I didn't see a single thing that needed updating, no stains or wallpaper tears in hallways, etc. We would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The bathroom could use a towel rack.

Liked: I liked the area
Disliked: The pool was cold not heated, the hot tub was not available and was covered with cardboard. Could use an update and paint job all around the hotel. Staff- lady at the front desk was rude and did not greet me. Was on the phone before talking to me for 10 minutes. Told me I could have 2 guest and when I did, I was charged extra for it. She was very unwelcoming and had an irritated look with all her guest that I had seen her interact with. Never will I use them again.
