Liked: everything were very good, room was clean and comfortable have all the items i need, breakfast was good bathroom was clean, i will stay here again

Disliked: Staff wasn’t professional or genuine. I showed up to check in at 315pm ish and I knew it was early for check in- little miss tulip immediately said no! I’m not checking anyone in until 4pm (understandable a little) as I proceeded to walk out and head to my dinner plans early, she stopped me and said wait a minute let me check on clean rooms. (Myself: 10 years in the hotel industry) she would have been demoted and or fired. Why not do that upon me entering the hotelAnd approaching the desk? I don’t do power trips. And if you forgot something, disregard the little sign on the tv stand that says call the front desk (I forgot a shower cap) they had nothing. Also inquire about the noise approximately every 3 minutes that sounds like construction is happening all around you. I would have asked but the front desk lady but her intellect was below the competency level of understanding .

Liked: The AGM was extremely rude and had no hospitality skills if it wasnt for the kindness and sweet soul of mrs amy i would've reported him that night make sure when you get there ypu speak to amy and the others. The old white guy dont have a care in the world for people
