Liked: The staff was very nice Welcoming and friendly
Disliked: Reservation was for two guests for three nights. There was one small bottle of shampoo and one conditioner and it was not replaced during our stay. I understand no housekeeping but ample amenities could have been provided

Liked: Decent facility but very outdated. Breakfast was underwhelming. Overall it was just okay.

Disliked: First we had problems with the tub being stopped up and dirty we brought cleaning products to clean it ourselves both phone lines were disconnected in the room no beep(dial tone) at all . The shower would fill as you showered so you had to rush to and get out when you do there’s a tub full of water !! So I called the guy up front(Tony) he said we could change rooms now but I decided to stay until the morning since we are a family of 5 . He said Maintenance would arrive 9am in the morning so I had to push my plans back I had for my 2 year old come to find out that morning the next worker said Maintenance doesn’t work on weekends when I asked her during shift change then she offered to move us to move to another room that too came with problems with problems ! Roachs peaking at you from the cellings in the bathroom look below for the picture please I can’t make this up . !! Felt like trafficking was involved! Don’t do it!!!!! Plus I seen a peep hole in both bathrooms tubs kept filling it’s was a disgrace ! A sworm of Mexicans wearing scrubs acting like house keeping if it is I never seen blue scrubs in a hotel just the nursing home!!!stalking my hotel room and looking at my baby boy . Then opened all the doors to every room down the hall left carts unattended no cleaning stalking my baby and family to pounce !!! they seen my 2 year old walking down the hall with me . I keep seeing foot steps under my door and back and forth with no cleaning ivolved !! Tubs nasty asffff! I got pictures and they Didn’t want to change my sheets . So I took them and changed them myself they were walking around with an empty bin and sheet . Stained up rooms , hallway has an order and I paid nearly 400,bucks. RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!
