Disgusting and rude staff

Liked: That it was near the mall
Disliked: Very rude staff. Had staff who said rules are this this and this then new staff and they said nooo rules are this this and this. The rooms are non smoking but they smelled sooo bad the beds had rust all over them we asked them to switch it and they said an I "all the beds are like that" gross

Liked: Its great used to stay here when I came to visit from Seattle I like their pool and jacuzzi, but this time the jacuzzi wasn’t working so that is why I couldn’t give a perfect 10, everything and everyone were great! I would recommend this place to everyone

Liked: Yes, we were traveling with a cat which now we know you hate. The person behind the counter knew we had a pet and charged our debit card for the nights we wanted to stay. Then she told us, 'No Cats' and could not refund our money then and could take several days. Thanks for nothing, and for freezing my funds!
