Worst hotel ever stayed at.

Liked: Clean
Disliked: Staff and bed was like a rock. Over charges and took more money out of my account then was supposed to be billed for. Staff all acted like they didn’t know what they were doing.

The kids loved the pool,...

Liked: The property was fine except for the dead bug we found in our plastic cups in the bathroom which we did not use.
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable and the dead bug in the cup.

Heartbreaking

Liked: Was clean. Staff was nice.
Disliked: There was no AED machine. My Granddaughter went into cardiac & later passed away. I was going in to shock. Hotel staff didn’t know CPR to relieve me..

Disliked: The pool was not open later at night, there is still staff on duty, and I don't see why it can't be open for adults

Stay in Vancouver

Liked: Breakfast, pool, extra room with having 2 beds and a couch
Disliked: Location was by the mall and a lot of construction going on.
