Will not stay again

Liked: The bed was comfy so was whirl tub abd food
Disliked: When getting there i had reserved king suite for the 12th check in and 13th checkout. The guy changed it to checking in and checking lit on the th because I was requesting we come in early and instead of asking me if I want to pay the difference he changed it and gave me the wrong room. I was supposed to havevking bed and juccuzi tub in room. To 2 queen beds abd whirlpool tub in bathroom and had to check out by 1130 am the latest on the 12th and we got there at almost 3 am. And paid 122 dollars to be there for 7 hours that's it and made me check out.rude and I tried explaining it but they wouldn't fix it. Unprofessional.

Great property ruined by terrible...

Liked: The hotel is nice the room was clean the staff is friendly.So why allow drug dealing, homeless and total Losers to wander around sll night in your parking lot? You need tohave a fence around the whole place AND security. I would never subject my family to that situation again.
Disliked: The parking lot is full of CRImE

Disliked: Staff and bed was like a rock. Over charges and took more money out of my account then was supposed to be billed for. Staff all acted like they didn’t know what they were doing.

Liked: The property was fine except for the dead bug we found in our plastic cups in the bathroom which we did not use.
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable and the dead bug in the cup.

Disliked: There was no AED machine. My Granddaughter went into cardiac & later passed away. I was going in to shock. Hotel staff didn’t know CPR to relieve me..
