Disliked: The first room assigned had an overly strong cigarette odor. We had to request a room change only to find a roach in the new room. (Across the hall from the original room) climbing up the wall near the sofa.Requested extra linen to spread the sofa bed, was told they don’t have— what ever items are in the room is all they have. We were given 2 sheets.

Liked: Everything was great, room very clean and comfortable.Everything we needed was accessible and from entering till end of stay anything I needed was accommodate.I thought about staying due to some reviews but Im glad I didn't go by that because my experience was excellent.I left a gift I had bought in NY once home I called near 3pm and they found it and saved it. Was offered at first a room on 3rd floor and I guess that by old face expression the politely gentleman at front desk read my face and quickly said I can also give you 1 room on the first floor

Liked: It was fair, also the breakfast was fine, they had eggs, sausages and yogurt besides of products with wheat. I’m gluten free so I got to eat something. Also they had parking and the facilities were fine.
Disliked: They don’t really do good cleaning. We found a pair of shoes in the closet and some other things like a dirty baby bottle and hair bands under the bed. Also the bathtub and the bathroom in general didn’t seem deep cleaned. We had to ask for extra products like soap, shampoo and conditioner, we were 4 and they just leave one of each. We reserved for 4 people, but we had to pay extra due to when we arrived they had just one king bed in the reservation. Maybe a problem of the app but we had to pay extra for it and that didn’t really make sense to me.
