Liked: Great location, very close to the NRG Stadium. Staff very polite and willing to help everytime

Liked: I was supper excited that we were just down the street from the NRG stadium 🏟. Facility and staff were nice but the beds were SUPPER uncomfortable. My husband and I woke up with body aches the next day which made it impossible to go out and explore the area. This is about the only bad statement I have to say about our stay.

Horrible

Disliked: Multiple vehicles got vandalized, including my own, and the hotel staff does nothing about it. They could hire security for the amount of money that we’re paying per room, but you can clearly tell this hotel does not care.
