Wonderful to have suite for people coming for a couple days to events nearby. Need to improve breakfast menu.

Disliked: Small fridge; TV closed captioned too small; breakfast.

Room clean and comfortable; breakfast hot and good; great coffee. All staff helpful, professional, and polite.

Disliked: Nothing to report negative.

Disliked: Fridge froze everything in it. Only the back elevator worked. There were always random people hanging out at the back door trying to follow me in. AC didn’t work and the fan was loud, needed service.

Disliked: The main elevator wasn’t working the three nights I stayed. I don’t like that they changed the pillows to those short pillows. They sit to high which cause neck discomfort. I was at another hotel and they had the same pillows so I couldn’t wait to come to this hotel which is where I normally stay at when I come to Woodbridge VA. However I was very disappointed that they are now using these pillows instead of the long pillows.

Disliked: Rooms weren't clean, mold in bathroom, couch broken and chair broken. We were double charged for our stay with little to no response on fixing this issue.
