Wonderful to have suite for people coming for a couple days to events nearby. Need to improve breakfast menu.

Disliked: Small fridge; TV closed captioned too small; breakfast.

Room clean and comfortable; breakfast hot and good; great coffee. All staff helpful, professional, and polite.

Exceptional

Liked: Great accommodations. But it was 40 degrees outside, and the AC was on, and heat turned off. I was chilled to the bone. The sweet young woman at the desk brought up a space heater, and I was able to get a hot shower and warm up the room. Otherwise, super impressive.

Liked: The property itself was nice and the location was great for us. The beds were comfortable. The front desk clerk the night we checked was nice and the guy at the front desk the next day was nice.
Disliked: The office manager and another woman showed up to our door and was rude. She told us we had to leave March 29 after being told by 2 employees that they had our check out time March 30. I had to check because when I got there my reservation was messed up that I got through booking.
