One of the worse EVER!!...

Liked: We were coming in off a long day on the road and 2 hours later due to traffic. We got in around 12:15 am. Well when I checked in the desk told me that the room we have the bathroom light doesn’t work and that in the morning the manager will be issuing us a refund. That’s how our stay started. It got worse. We needed to use the sofa sleeper because we had 5 guests. We received to sheets from the front desk at check in. When we opened the sofa the mattress was a 0 out of 10…with “0” being the absolute worst. We ended up putting the sheets on the entire couch. The bathroom was not stocked with a single towel. The toilet made a siren noise after flushing. The first table lamp was broke.
Disliked: Our room was not worth a dime that we prepaid for!! We stayed in Nashville at a hotel for about $20 less and it was well worth every dime!!

Disliked: Very dirty and toilet seat broken. Shower knob broken. Overall grossly dirty

The workers were nice, but...

Disliked: Online said they had a nice warm swimming pool. Well when we got here the pool was nasty. It smelled like urine and wasn’t even clear. It ruined our entire day.

Liked: The only upside of the property was the location.
Disliked: The room was damaged and dirty, bedding was stained and pull out sofa bed was so stained we didn’t use it. The shower was so dirty we weren’t comfortable using it. The room was very outdated and uncomfortable. Ceilings looked damaged in the bathroom and a wadded up paper towel was cover the smoke detector in the bathroom.

I didn’t stay, I’d rather...

Liked: I didn’t even stay I checked in, looked around, and immediately checked out. This place is DISGUSTING!
Disliked: Everything is dirty! I would rather sleep in my car than stay here. I checked in, saw my room and immediately checked out and went to the holiday inn. This hotel is disgusting and needs condemned. Nothing has been cleaned in months, there are stains on the bedding, lamp shades, walls, curtains, floor, you name it there is probably a stain on it. This hotel even smells bad. The pool had no chlorine in it what so ever, just hot stagnant bacteria infested water. You can smell the chlorine from the lobby at hotels you couldn’t even smell chlorine when I dipped my hand in and smelled it. I would rather sleep in my car than stay at this hotel. In the process of getting my money back! -1000/5 stars yuck
