Disappointing

Liked: At a low price it was decent value however the room was very dirty and their was hair all over the shower and walls and splatters all over the back of the beds

Location was the only pleasant...

Liked: Location right off the highway, close to downtown
Disliked: The mattress was old and sagged to the middle, the tub leaked all over the bathroom floor, the ceiling was pealing in bathroom. The manager is very rude.

Bad

Disliked: Our room had urine on the toilet seat. The bathroom floor was dirty. The headboard had stuff splashed on it. Floors in hall were a mess. They had many complaints on how dirty things were and when the cleaning staff was in on Sunday they were fighting on the 3rd floor.

Liked: The staff was great
Disliked: It looked old, the sofa bed was broken, bathroom looked horrible curtains had stains, the coffee maker was broken. Internet for the TV was not working and the room was very cold it was difficult figuring out how to work the AC not like normal units.

We were so tired and...

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We reserved a room with two queen beds but got two double beds.The windows did not block any noise from the load docks and freeway outside. There were food debris on the wall and floor. There were peeling paint at waist level, where our young children can reach.

Liked: nothing!!
Disliked: The bathroom wasn't very clean, there was no blanket and laws left for the third bed. The bedroom lock didn't open so all the time I had to ask someone to open and yet they didn't change our rooms.
