I ended up staying at a Marriott after trying two rooms, accessed by a very moldy-smelling external elevator. I asked the general manager to refund my money but I have no idea how that will work.

Disliked: The elavater was broken and had too walk also my room had some broken Stuff from the last ten-dents and it smelled like weed everywhere shii

we stayed 1 night and...

Liked: the hotel was clean.
Disliked: there was an incident on wednesday february 19 th in the parking lot..A man was smoking crack or doing some kind of drug and was stumbling around the parking lot when we were leaving to go dinner.my grandchildren were very upset. on returning from dinner I Ispoke with the night clerk and let her know. On the thursday the 20th I also spoke with the day girl at the desk and let her know the situation, at that time I wanted to cancel my reservation for for Sunday nightwhich she said there was a no cancellation clause I spoke to booking .com and they said they would waive the no cancellation clause because of the situation and they told me to reach out to the hotel which I did. I was to by the hotel that there was nothing in there records that showed they knew about the incident. I reached out to booking.com again and they said they would reach out to the hotel again. We did not stay at the hotel on Sunday night because of the incident which i’ve stated. I am disappointed in the way the hotel did not reach out to me.

Liked: The room was large, clean and comfortable for a family of 5 (2 queens + sofa bed) — a huge plus! the breakfast was tasty and had many options!
Disliked: The common areas were really dirty, including the swimming pool that I would never have wanting to use if the kids hadn’t dragged me there. Some road noise, expected given the location.
