I ended up staying at a Marriott after trying two rooms, accessed by a very moldy-smelling external elevator. I asked the general manager to refund my money but I have no idea how that will work.

Liked: I really recommend it since it is very spacious if you have a family of five, I loved it.

Disliked: The shower has barely any water exiting the spout. Took three times as long to shower as a result. The room smelled overpoweringly like crappy, baby powder; particularly, it smelled the worst when the fan or heat was on.

Disliked: The pool water was really cold, I didn't like that you have to ask the front desk for housekeeping. Also we didn't get enough towels, shampoo, conditioner body wash nor body lotion
