Liked: Light shined in windows curtains didn't close. Staff called in the middle of the night to see when I was checking in. It was 2 am I had checked in at 5 pm and was asleep in bed

Excellent accommodations.

Liked: Location great. Staff great. Hiren was very helpful.
Disliked: The elevator was out of service for half a day during my 3 day stay. It was very difficult because I was on the 4th floor. But it did get fixed on the same day .

Liked: Nothing special about the property
Disliked: The fire alarm kept going off in the day and also around 11:30 at night several times.The boiler messed up while we was there so not much hot water just barely warm and the elevator stopped working.We decided to leave a day early and the guy at the hotel told us he would not give us a refund for our last night to contact the manager and every time we called he wouldn’t be there or wouldn’t return the call back. Very poor customer service.

Disliked: Cockroach in the shower on 3rd floor room. Shower drain didnt seem to work well. Carpet ripped between flooring

Disliked: One person could take a shower and would have to wait 45 min to get hot water. The curtains don’t close all the way so the parking lot lights shine through the sheer curtainsCooked bacon was in the AC unit. Beds were so hard you couldn’t sleep. Child went swimming in the pool and got horrible chemical burn all over her face.

The hotel is pretty great...

Liked: Most of the staff were friendly and willing to help. It was clean. The pool was open and nice wasn’t a lot of people down there. The breakfast was good!
Disliked: My window was busted out the first night along with 9 other vehicles. I didn’t like that they’ve had this happen in October to 13 vehicles that time and they don’t have cameras on that side of the building and don’t warn the people staying not to park over there. I don’t like that I was worried what else was going to happen the next night because the police never even showed up to inspect any of the ten vehicles with busted windows.
