The grounds of the hotel...

Liked: The location and housing keeping staff. The housekeeping staff worked hard to clean my rooms to the best of their abilities. They also delivered requested items promptly.
Disliked: The first room that I was assigned to had a musty smell. Because I reported the smell later than 30 minutes, I was denied transfer to another room. I was not transferred to another room until I reported the condition of the room again, the next day. The new room had an unpleasant smell also. I did not bother to report the smell this time because my stay was coming to an end soon. I must applaud the housekeeping staff for cleaning and spraying the rooms. Nevertheless, their efforts did not take away the unpleasant smells.

I love the hotel and...

Liked: I have been coming to this hotel every year for the last 3 years. I enjoy the continental breakfast and my boyfriend loves the whirlpool. I also like the location. We were also coincidentally in the same room as the first time we came which was nostalgic.
Disliked: The shower needed to be slammed to close. My pull out looked like it was broken. The blanket that was on the bed had blood droplets on it that was not from us. My friend’s room had a fridge that was leaning and the dresser in the front room was falling apart. His fridge also wasn’t getting cold.
