Liked: Good location for our plans
Disliked: This hotel was very overpriced, probably because graduation from the local university was happening that weekend and why we traveled there. My issue is that hotels such as yours raise rates based on demand that significantly reduces the value of the stay. I would have gladly paid $150 for my room but apparently the rates increased to $500 for two nights! What companies don’t seem to understand is that potential customers comprehend that this business philosophy completely undermines the concept of repeat customers. You all need to consider those issues in your business plans! Basically i’m saying that i paid appropriately $100 more than i should have each night for an average accommodation!!

Can't judge a book by...

Liked: The facility itself was very nice. Front desk clerk was friendly, she was decorating for Christmas. Appears to have been newly painted. Everything looked clean and neat.
Disliked: Very disappointed that the bad will outweigh the good as we have an upcoming wedding in Nacogdoches and were hoping this would be the place to stay...along with multiple groups of friends/family. Unfortunately, I will not be able to recommend this to them due to lack of hot water for a shower, bathroom sink was stopped up and wouldn't drain, heat/AC unit was acting up, refrigerator hummed/buzzed a weird bubbling/gurgling noise ALL NIGHT! There didn't apperar to be many cars in the lot that night but the noise in the hallways was a lot. You can hear every single time someone else's door opens and closes. I hate this because this really is a pretty property and we wanted to come back.
