Disliked: When we arrived at the hotel they told us that there was no hot water and there were someone trying to fix it. They said that if we checked in knowing the hot water was an issue they would not issue us a refund or give some sort of compensation. We canceled our reservation and booked another hotel. The girl at the check-in desk told us the no hot water issue was an ongoing problem for weeks. We should have been told about this problem in advanced. I don't think I'll be staying at this hotel chain again or using booking .Com again
