Disliked: I truly have nothing good to say about the staff there, and they need to update their policies on here to match what they do prior to check in and not being able to use personal items such as soaps . That's put right there next to smoking and vaping according to the lady I spoke to. Nothing like being charged a $250 damage deposit because my kid used a colored soap in their bathtub that just washes out. Honestly, if I had known it didn't all wash out down the drain, I would have gone in there and washed out myself and could have saved myself $250 dollars. Not to mention we had selected pay at property due to wanting to pay cash and the morning we are set to leave this lady calls and demands I prepay. I've stayed at plenty of hotels where I selected pay at property and paid when I got there no one calling being rude demanding I pay immediately or I lose my rooms, then get there and try to pay the lady in cash and she said if you pay me in cash that's an extra $150. Umm nope ill just pay by card. im not giving you any extra money since I've already prepaid one extra night per each room and then she charges us full price for each room. Because the other was just a hold ... So no your not getting an extra 150 dollars when I've already paid that much.

Disliked: Waited a good 15 minutes at desk for someone to show up to check us in. It was only 5:30 p.m. so it wasn't that late in the evening. So apparently, they are short staff. Otherwise everything was good.

Not that good

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The girl at the front desk always seemed put out by us. One evening we got back at 9:00 and she was washing the floors and made a huge sigh and looked mad. The person putting out the food was also the one washing the floor. She got right in our way and must have mopped in front of the food area 5 times before we could get our food. It was quite annoying. Evidently they were told to keep the floors clean. To be honest, they just need to put in different flooring. I don't think we would consider staying here again.
