Nightmare!

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Had several problems at this property. First my wife and I went into the hot tub and found the jets not working. While in there we were talking with normal voice (it was quite, no jets) the lady from the front desk walked though and told us we were being too loud. We go to our room and a truck outside our room had an alarm going off every 15 minutes so we go to the desk and they tell us they are aware and working on it, this was 11 pm. At 1am we go back down and ask for a solution they tell us we tried calling the owners room but they don't pick up. It went on till the we hours of the morning with us getting about 3 hours sleep. The next night we had kids above us jumping off the bed and onto the floor so we call the desk, it stops for a short time then resumes. Between the 2 nights we got about 7 hours of sleep and was told by the front desk being we used a second party booking there was nothing they could do for us. 487 dollars total for a nightmare stay needless to say I will not be going back!

Disliked: Lighting better. Room could have been cleaner.
