Exceptional

Liked: This was the best hotel experience I've had in a long time. The staff was friendly and attended to our needs. One of the staff in particular was exceptional. I think her name was Tisha or Trisha. The beds were comfy, and most importantly the room and bathroom was super clean. We always sanitize just to make sure everything is clean but we didn't need to because after wiping down everything with disinfectant wipes they were still white, no dirt on them. Kudos to housekeeping! I will definitely stay here again whenever I'm in the area.
Disliked: Only thing I wish was better was the breakfast. There was mostly cereal, muffins, etc. The only hot food was the waffles made from the waffle maker. Breakfast sandwiches (frozen) and oatmeal could be heated up in the microwave. We enjoyed the waffles though.

Liked: Was clean, breakfast was good and staff was friendly.
Disliked: Location, hard to see it, drove past it and had to turn around and also very busy road which makes it hard to exit when exiting to the left.

Overall I'd say an 8...

Liked: Great lobby, room was nice, bed comfortable. Thankful for coffee and tea in room. Parking was great. Location for what we were doing was great.
Disliked: cleanliness. There was dirt in corners everywhere. (Elevators most notable) Caulking around shower "control" loose. I understand trying to save money. I am very ADD so I notice more than most would. Small details count.

Liked: The room was very clean, and very modern. Looks like it has been newly remodeled. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job and were very courteous. I paid a good rate for an excellent hotel.
Disliked: It wasn't a big deal, but at the continental breakfast, it is a tight squeeze in between the side of the counter where the food is and the tables to eat. I saw some uncomfortable situations where a larger guest was trying to get food, but there was someone sitting at a chair at the table and they were not able to get through to the food they were trying to get.
