I have never been more...

Liked: Location of the hotel.
Disliked: This hotel charged my credit card for a “pet fee” of $250 after I checked out. I called to speak to the manger and she stated she was told we had a dog which we did not. I asked her to provide video proof or some evidence and she could not. She also would not remove the $250 that she charged AFTER I had checked out. She nor her staff reached out to me at all with any concern.
