This was a nice hotel overall, and that means a lot coming from someone who dislikes staying in any hotel. The room was very large and comfortable and seemed clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to get late check-out. Area seemed safe and the hotel was quiet, though the immediate area did not offer many options for activities or entertainment. Free breakfast was offered. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others that need a place to stay.

Liked: Proximity to city, great amenities, and welcoming staff.
Disliked: The beds were a little firm.

Amazing room and hotel great...

Liked: The room was great! It was big and clean. Looks recently updated. The staff was very nice. The lady who checked us in on Sunday night was amazing and everyone else was friendly as well. The lobby and breakfast areas are very nice as well.
Disliked: This hotel could be amazing but the pool is where the main issue was. I have a family and the kids wanted to do nothing but swim. Unfortunately the entire pool area is disgusting. The kids pool is stained and dirty. Main pool was as well. The hot tub was pretty clean. The walls are dirty and the plaster is cracking. If you got this area refurbished you would be 5 stars in my book.

Liked: The rooms were very comfortable and I really liked the desk working space area. I'm very picky about hotel pillows and the pillows were the most comfortable I've had versus at other hotels. The staff was friendly and great! I didn't have the chance to try out the breakfast because of my schedule, but the aroma from the breakfast area was wonderful and I will absolutely not miss the breakfast next time I stay there!
