Liked: Wr did not even get to stay somehow they lost our booking so we had to find a room somewhere else.

Liked: Don't know, my reservation was moved to a sister hotel, so I did not stay at the hotel or receive the room I reserved. Had to stay 2 blocks down with 1 bed instead of two queen beds and I had booked this reservation 2 months ahead of going.
Disliked: Don't know, my reservation was moved to a sister hotel, becausethey said they did not receiveit, but when i walked in my name along with two otherswhere on a legal yellow note pad to send us to another hotel, so I did not stay at the hotel or receive the room I reserved. Had to stay 2 blocks down with 1 bed instead of two queen beds and I had booked this reservation 2 months ahead of going.

Not the best stay

Liked: The hotel was very clean!!
Disliked: I didn't like when you requested more towels the front desk did not want to issue more towels because we had to return towels. We had only been issued two towels in the room and we had more than two guest. The front desk stated that "they steal towels and remotes." The breakfast given the hotel had alot of guest were not able to get any because the staff would bring a small tray at a time given the line was long.

Disliked: Was not the properties fault, but there was no water. It happened to be throughout Midland.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay. Cleanliness and great staff! Very comfortable, breakfast was good. We had a problem in our room with air when we first ✔️in, but the staff. Quickly and with no trouble, move us in another room. Highly recommended
