Liked: One of the young ladies at the front desk was nice. That is all I can say good about this hotel
Disliked: The comforter on the bed smelled bad. The tub didn't drain correctly when taking g a shower. The door to go out to the pool didn't work correctly, so you were having to force the door open. The shuttle took over an hour to pick us up at the airport.

It was a great location...

Liked: It was clean, convenient and affordable.
Disliked: I chose your property bc of the availability of the shuttle from the airport and to my cruise port but was not able to use that service. That was frustrating.

If they improve the maintenance...
