This will be my go to hotel from now on when I'm staying in Fargo.

Liked: Employees, room and continental breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing disappointing.

Liked: We liked everything except front desk had no one around all the time right from when we checked in and when we left. Not just us but other people standing around waiting for assistance as well. Had to call or flag someone down. Other than that everything was great.

The stay was excellent aside...

Liked: Room and facilities cleanliness were excellent, breakfast was great.
Disliked: The front desk receptionist was never upfront when we would approach. We needed assistance at the front desk twice and both times no one was around, we waited but ended up having to call the front desk number to then have a gentleman to assist us. I could not remember the gentleman’s name but I got the impression he was not very impressed that he had to come up to the front desk.

Exceptional

Liked: Kris at the front desk checked us in and out, made our 8 year old feel like the only kid on the planet with the attention she gave him (along with the fresh cookies and small toy for being on his best behavior). The pool area was nice, it accommodated the 20 or so members of our swim team staying there for a meet that chose to swim plus other families in the pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. According to my 8 year old, would give it a million stars!

Disliked: Mold is n shower, hot tub was hot, no bubbles and water had floaties. Food crumbs on couch on room.

Disappointing

Disliked: The front staff girl that worked the day shift on 8/25 & 8/26 needs to take a customer relations class. She was sooooo rude. When I got there, I started to ask if we could het an early check-in for appointment conflict reasons...she disnt even let me finish my sentence before she rudely said "Nope." I understand there is a check-in time for a reason and to be fair to the cleaning crew in giving them time to do their jobs. But I also know that not all of the rooms are finished at the same time. She wouldn't even call housekeeping to see if there was a room available. She got off at 3....as soon as she walked out, the very kind man asked for my name and we got a room. The next morning at breakfast, it was a few minutes before 9, and therppepp were probably 12 people getting food and more in the dining area eating. This same girl came out and started putting things away. I asked her what time breakfast ended, and she said "9" andq then made a gasping noise. Again, I understand there is a time posted atc....but if you have people getting food, why would she put stuff away? She is just in the wrong career and is not an asset to your team.

Liked: Breakfast was average/typical hotel breakfast. Suite was good size.
Disliked: AC unit was too close to the bed. Had to shut it off because of the noise. A little spendy for a one-night stay for two people.
