This will be my go to hotel from now on when I'm staying in Fargo.

Liked: Employees, room and continental breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing disappointing.

Disliked: Beds slanted towards headboard, tub did not drain adequately and was standing in ankle deep water by the end of a short shower.

Liked: Close to shopping and restaurants.
Disliked: Toilet had dried feces in it. The bath tub had hair in it. Walls in the bathroom were dirty. Heater fan was loud .

Liked: We liked everything except front desk had no one around all the time right from when we checked in and when we left. Not just us but other people standing around waiting for assistance as well. Had to call or flag someone down. Other than that everything was great.

The stay was excellent aside...

Liked: Room and facilities cleanliness were excellent, breakfast was great.
Disliked: The front desk receptionist was never upfront when we would approach. We needed assistance at the front desk twice and both times no one was around, we waited but ended up having to call the front desk number to then have a gentleman to assist us. I could not remember the gentleman’s name but I got the impression he was not very impressed that he had to come up to the front desk.

Exceptional

Liked: Kris at the front desk checked us in and out, made our 8 year old feel like the only kid on the planet with the attention she gave him (along with the fresh cookies and small toy for being on his best behavior). The pool area was nice, it accommodated the 20 or so members of our swim team staying there for a meet that chose to swim plus other families in the pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. According to my 8 year old, would give it a million stars!

Great bed. Slept very well.
