Disliked: The breakfast was awful and had to wait for eggs and sausage was burnt

Clean but lacking in areas

Liked: The property was clean. The room was clean. Beds were ok. Water pressure was ok and warm water at best in the shower. Not sure about breakfast as they were super busy so we went ahead and moved on. Also didn't use the pool so not sure about that either. Front desk staff was friendly at check in.

I will not recommend this...

Liked: I only dine for breakfast that Sunday and it was good
Disliked: My first room had roaches and my second room had hot water issues and the manager on duty when I called on Tuesday 3/25 will not take my call but the manager that was on duty during my stay was very concerned and helpful about my situation…

Liked: staff were friendly and rooms were clean.
Disliked: breakfast was okay but not great. broken the coffee maker was broke so had to get gas station coffee. most of the work out machines in the fitness center did not work or needed repair. seemed a little understaffed in a couple areas of the hotel.
