Liked: The breakfast was awesome. The location of the property was exactly what I expected and was looking for. The staff was very friendly & the property was definitely clean and met my every expectation.
Disliked: This is just my opinion but I do think they could have served a little sausage or bacon on the breakfast menu ... lol

Liked: The breakfast was probably the best thing going for the hotel. Nothing fancy, but it was solid. However, the service through booking.com was terrible. We were all 7 traveling together after selling our home, and needed a place for a large group. Through booking.com we got two rooms that said they both had dual king beds with a pull out couch, When we arrived, we had two rooms with one bed and one pull-out couch. This was not nearly enough for 7, which we had put on the booking. Staff said they could not fix the issue, and that the issue was booking.com. They told me they were completely full and that if I wanted a refund (which I had asked for) I would have to modify my booking with booking.com. I had just paid 600 and they said they could not provide a refund, and that they were full. I stepped away for a moment and the front desk staff called me back over, saying they just had two cancellations and could get me two dual queen bed rooms with sleeper sofas. This fixed things for us, but very much soured my perspective on the experience.
Disliked: The hotel was littered with food. Pringles in the elevator, overflowing trash cans at the elevators on each floor, and food literally in the sleeper sofas. We had to clean the rooms. The area was pretty run-down, but I don't think I had a way of knowing exactly the surroundings. The cul-de-sac that the hotel was located in had tractor trailers parked all over, and the lower area of the parking space was a demolished building. There were no sidewalks or ways to get to the much better dining areas across the busy road.

Liked: There was a spill and trash that was not cleaned up for over an hour by the elevator.
Disliked: The breakfast in the morning was not plentiful at 8:45. There was nothing left considering the fact that I was over at 9 AM.

Liked: The price and the room layout and furniture.
Disliked: Dirty halls and elevators. Breakfast was not well stocked. Drink machines were broken and milk was bad. Staff seemed very spread thin. Fine but not great customer service.

Disliked: We had no heat for the first day and hot water took up 5-7 minutes before it got hot. Customer service need to be greatly improved on handling issues that needs to be addressed promptly.
