Nice place to stay and...

Liked: When checking in everything was very smoothly. Everything was easy to get around. Breakfast was very good as well. Everything surrounding the hotel was very easy to get to.
Disliked: The rooms were definitely small for a 2 queen bed room. Our coffee maker didn't work in the room.

Disappointing

Disliked: Was anticipating using hot tub, hot tub has been out of order since the last time I stayed here some time ago.If you don't plan on fixing it, don't advertise that you offer it.

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Parking was easy.
Disliked: No shower gel. Temperature of room was impossible to control. Elevator was out of service.

Superb

Liked: Bed and pillows are very comfortable! Like the couch sitting area in suite.
Disliked: Elevator still not working since my stay in May or June. I was on the second floor this time for a week’s stay and had quite a few bags. Shout out and thank you to the front desk worker (I think Devon) that night who helped me carry items upstairs. It was pouring rain and I was struggling. She was sweet and helpful!

Please give people a heads...

Liked: Rooms were big
Disliked: The elevator was broken!! This should be listed beside the booking in red letters letting people know BEFORE BOOKING!!! We were staying for two nights with luggage!! Carrying luggage and bags up flights of stairs is ridiculous! I should have known before I went. I would have never booked this property!!

Liked: Room was clean and had plenty of space.
Disliked: The elevator was still not working. This is a big inconvenience for other people staying at the hotel, as well as myself. It appears Comfort Suites is taking forever to get the elevator repaired, and working again.

Disliked: Elevator was out and we weren't notified until check in
