Liked: Well I ask for 1st floor when I booked the room because it is very hard to do steps she said they don't reserve 1st floor but a room ready on 2nd so we took it then on are last day of course we had to do the steps because the elevator wasn't working that why we wanted 1st floor on Cass something like that happened

Disappointed manager has not reached...

Liked: Had a bad experience in the pool with disrespectful teenage guest . Reached out to the manager and emailed her and she never replied it’s been 2 days already. Spoke to front desk workers and not even an apology.

Nice place to stay and...

Liked: When checking in everything was very smoothly. Everything was easy to get around. Breakfast was very good as well. Everything surrounding the hotel was very easy to get to.
Disliked: The rooms were definitely small for a 2 queen bed room. Our coffee maker didn't work in the room.

Disliked: Was anticipating using hot tub, hot tub has been out of order since the last time I stayed here some time ago.If you don't plan on fixing it, don't advertise that you offer it.
