my stay was horrible

Liked: staff did not speak. checked me into a very dirty room only to move me into another room that was also dirty
Disliked: everything was dirty. bed, room, sheets, restroom, towels covers, literally nothing was clean and that made me very uncomfortable

Liked: We arrived to find a sub standard room. Shown another room just as bad. I will not list or share photos on basis hotel front office accepted how bad it was. We was part of a soccer tournament group. For the most part others in group said their rooms were okay / average but nothing like ours, but they were on different levels of hotel. Front desk rep was very helpful and issued full refund, that was the only positive. We were lucky to secure room across street for 20 bucks more in total for 2 nights at residence inn Marriott. This was like comparing a 4 star to 1 star hotel !

Liked: The room was decent and fair in clean aspects. The bed was nice and comfortable. The sofa in the room seems nice and the table with the working station seems good too. The minimal encounter with staff, they were nice.
Disliked: The hotel was so dirty, the staff make little effort to keep it clean because the facilities and amenities looks dirty, with dust and pieces of things in the floor. The breakfast very poorly managed, the eggs seems they just take from a bag and just warm it up, it was cubes of eggs. If you will offer the breakfast, make it nice. As fruits options they only have apples, not even a banana. Overall dirty, and need more attention from the brand that they are working under. Thats sounds like poor management.

Liked: The swimming pool was like swimming with ice cubes. The kids froze.
