Liked: The employees were outstanding.
Disliked: Still remodeling so there was some noise.

Disliked: First of all, we had a room in the 3rd floor. Elevator was not working and had to use the stairs. And found cockroaches on beds and bathroom. I let staff know, but the never reached out to follow up or anything

Liked: I love the two ladies in the front that help me out! I appreciate it all the help while I was there for a concert! Also like the clean lady name Sarah. She help me get into my room! I love my room it was so clean.
Disliked: I don’t like key into my room! It always deactivate on me ! I would have to go downstairs to the front desk !

It was ok, wouldn't stay...

Liked: I felt the check in staff was fairly accomodating upon arrival. The following morning when we went to get breakfast kitchen staff was very friendly.
Disliked: When i arrived and checked in i was initially booked for the 3rd floor with my two children. The elevator was not working and was down. I had to go back to the front to request a refund due to the elevator not working at all. The rugs/carpet in the hallway and rooms had some heavy stains and just didnt look as clean as other hotels that i have stayed. The area where the hotel was located was not in a good location. Pretty sure we watched some street worker get picked up from a man in the car as we were leaving the next morning. The parking lot had people in vehicles which were not clearly guests and looked alot like tweakers.
