Liked: I really liked the space in the king suite. It was very open and spacious! I really liked that the hours closed too for younger kids for the pool/hot tub area so it was more peaceful and relaxing.
Disliked: Upon walking into the room to check it out, I noticed something orange being the pull out couch. Someone had stuffed a pillow behind it, so to me, I'm not sure if that was a simple mistake to be missed so I had just put it back onto the couch assuming that's where it went. Then, noticed something white on top of the head board, so I went to grab it and it was from a housekeeper with their name on it stating they may have cleaned it last and it was absolutely FILLED with dust on the top of the headboard! It was honestly really GROSS to see and feel that must dust on top. Upon using the sauna, i was really nervous to sit on the top bench part because as I went to take a step on the lower bench, the middle board literally felt like it was going to collapse in and or break.

Liked: The room was very cozy and comfortable. Front desk clerk who checked us in was friendly and helpful!
Disliked: Bathroom could have used a better cleaning. I notice things most don’t though as I have done housekeeping at motels, hospitals and a nursing home in the past.

Liked: Conveniently located. Staff was knowledgeable about the area. Room was clean and stocked with all that a person would need.
Disliked: With the family suite I was under the assumption the room would be a little bigger and the kitchen area would have been stocked with some utensils or something to use for cooking in the microwave..
