Liked: Breakfast was cold..eggs , sausage.. waffle batter ran out and was lumpy. Seem like was setting out a while . was during 1st hour of being served

Disliked: The only thing that I didn’t like was the placement of the closet.

Liked: Everything was nice, on one day there was no cleaning service, other than that it was great

Liked: The TV did not work, electrical outlets did not work, the cranberry and OJ for the breakfast was so watered down it was horrible. The hallways were dirty as were the rooms. Never again.

Liked: Staff was pleasant, location is good, ease of accessing building and rooms was comfortable. The linens in the bathroom were very nice.
Disliked: I had stayed here before, and I was very disappointed in the deterioration of the facilities since my previous stay. In my room, there were no electrical outlets near the bed for chargers, etc. In the bathroom, the exhaust fan did not work, the shower curtain was moldy and had holes in it, and one of the bolts holding the seat to the toilet was completely broken. There was just a general deterioration of the facility.

Disliked: There was no blow dryer. The outside key card did not work. Our key cards only worked sometimes to get in our room. The hot tub was not as warm and the jets didn’t jet very well. The outside door slams and you can hear it in the rooms.
