Disliked: Tub took 30 minutes to drain after shower. Pool was not heated as advertised. Hot tub jets did not turn on. Sauna did not work and knob was missing. Although these are nonessential, they were the sole reason we chose pay more and stay at this facility. We used sofa bed, had to request linens, none were in room. On checkin, informed breakfast ended 10am. We went down at 915. Everything put up by 930. Literally we turned around and it was gone. Would have been nice for heads up. Like, we are closing breakfast, so you have Everything you need...
