Liked: Food, comfortable bed, pleasant staff.
Disliked: plug in bathroom did not work. So no hair dryer. Told the front desk, but no response.

Liked: The beds, the shower, the pool/hot tub, lobby, pet friendly, location, price, convenient, staff.
Disliked: Not super clean. We found candy, a contact, string and various other small items on the floor, dust on surfaces . The coffee machine had an old coffee filter with grains in it. The filters for the air conditioner/heater had 1/4 inch of fuzz on them. I cleaned them off before replacing them.The curtains wouldn't close entirely to block light, they were also torn. Heater/air conditioner was rattling with broken pieces on it, tape on walls to cover holes, handle on closet door missing, all minor repairs. Room 111

Liked: Housekeeping was very kind
Disliked: The front desk workers and manager were very rude to my family. The floors were dirty, the blankets had holes tore into them, the toilet rocked back and forth when you sat on it.

10 out of 10 would...

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi were nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Everything looked well kept.
Disliked: Clean, easy to locate, great location.

Liked: The handicap bathroom was excellent, loved the zero entrance shower.
