Liked: It was really comfortable, the rooms were clean, big and we didn’t have any kind of problem, there are also facilities for everything and the breakfast was better than we expected

The good outweighs the bad

Liked: I feel like I definitely got my money's worth with our room. There were so many little amenities that were included with our stay that I wouldn't have even thought to ask for. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful during our stay, the check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and we were given a little Christmas goodie bag at the front desk when we checked in.
Disliked: The mattress was way too firm - my husband woke up feeling like a rotisserie chicken that was tossing and turning all night from trying to get comfy. The air conditioner on his side of the bed was super loud and made sleep difficult from all the noise, and there was a repeated banging that would occur outside our room several times (not sure if it was a washer/dryer or an ice machine or something else entirely, but it was bothersome).
