Liked: We came to the hotel in Loveland for a funeral. When we got there our TV in our room did not work. We let Samantha at the front desk now, and she was very helpful and moved us to a different room, however, there was an issue in that room as well. Samantha went above and beyond, was very friendly and understanding and got us into another room once again, where everything was perfect. Samantha was very friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed our experience at the hotel and the help and assistance of the employee, Samantha. Thank you.

One night great one night...

Liked: We loved the pool for our granddaughter and the location was great
Disliked: First night was amazing. Second night was absolutely horrible. Two big parties of unsupervised kids made the pool unsafe for everyone and the ran the halls screaming until late. Tried to call front desk for over 30 minutes and it just rang busy

We absolutely love this hotel...

Liked: We love this hotel. We stay here every year when we travel for my daughter’s softball tournaments. The staff, location, cleanliness is awesome!!!
Disliked: It would be nice if the hotel had 2 elevators but it’s nothing that we can’t deal with. We are still young enough to take the stairs sometimes
