Liked: The service is outstanding, breakfast pretty good also!
Disliked: no complaints although I'd prefer slightly less cost.

Liked: Breakfast was very good and the workers were friendly. The location works great for us. It's not in the midst of city busyness yet easy to get anywhere in Albany.
Disliked: The tub was quite slippery from the cleaning agent but was easily taken care of with drying the bottom after the first use.

Liked: Everything was great, except pickup at the train depot wasn’t offered. This was unexpected, when on the application that I filled out through Booking.com ask if I wanted to be picked up and I said yes!
Disliked: Hotel not picking up at depot.

Liked: The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean and a nice size. The staff was friendly & efficient. The breakfast was very good. The staff was excellent!

Liked: The breakfast was awesome!!!
Disliked: My only complaint about our stay was that the elevator was out of order 3 of the 4 nights of our stay. Climbing 2 flights of stairs was not in the plan. This was not good for my knee and was I was in pain.
