Disappointing

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: The pool was shut down, partly reason I booked there was from offered hot tub.

It was ok for one...

Liked: The front desk clerk wasn’t very friendly. She didn’t give out important information. Also, the room was not completely clean. Hair was in the bed, and food was on the floor.

Pretty nice with a few...

Liked: It is close to where we needed to be. Fort Sill army base. The lady who checked us in well after our flight was delayed was very kind and accommodating. The entrance is very nice.I was a bit disappointed with our room. The image I saw showed the two Queen beds on the same side of the room and facing the same direction and the sofa and TV were separated by a half wall.Also one bed wasn't near a bedside table and that was annoying. In our room the sofa and TV were in the middle of the room and the beds were on either side of the sofa. Also, one bed was lopsided so if you sat on the wrong side, the mattress would come up and you may fall. The other thing is no one ever came to the room to do any house keeping. We had to take down our own trash and collect our own towels when we inquired. Not a major ordeal but we weren't staying there free of charge either.. The breakfast was less than satisfactory but at least something was available and they did offer free water bottles and fruit throughout the day. They also offered an exercise room which my son utilized. The microwave and mini fridge were on the floor and that might be an issue for some but it was okay for us. The shower had great hot water and the water pressure was good. The room had a coffee pot and tea and coffee instant packs. There was also Styrofoam for ice and mamy paoer cuos. The bathroom was stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner as well as body wash.There was an ironing board and iron in the closet. There was a phone as well. The TV seemed to work OK for basic channels and YouTube and the wifi was mostly reliable. The elevator was out one time but all the other times it worked fine but slowly. Doordash worked well if we needed that service. There are other hotels that are closer to a bunch of stores but we found what we needed. So, minus a few complaints, overall, it was a decent place to stay. No roaches, no bad odors and pretty clean.

Liked: The location was great! Expressway was easy on, easy off. The breakfast was very nice, for a continental breakfast. The staff was really helpful & friendly!
Disliked: Could use some updating. The elevator was out of order. Fortunately, we were on the 1st floor!
