Liked: Location was perfect with so much close by. The gentleman who checked us in was really nice. Maintaince guy was also nice he left a us new remote at the front desk incase replacing the batteries didn't now work. Which it didn't have the buttons on our remote were not working.
Disliked: Furniture was filthy in the lobby, dining room and guest rooms. The halls were nasty because they had dirty carpets, dirty walls and staircases. The hot tub was cool and only 1 jet really worked. Breakfast was chewy eggs, ham was like eating a rubbery salt lick, they had 8oz of gravy in a crockpot all 3 days we were there and fancy coffee machine in dining gives 4 Oz of sludge. Our bed was hard and our couch had too small of cushions so your legs rest on 4 inches of the hide a bed frame. Walls had holesand were disgusting, bathroom floor tiles were broken/large cracks. First night we ordered a pizza and we were waiting in the lobby, front desk woman was nasty and said did we need something. I said we are guest from room 318 and we are waiting out food delivery. She why we needed to be in the lobby. I ignored her and took a seat to wait.
