Disliked: Pool out of service!! And that was the reason we booked there

Liked: Breakfast was ok
Disliked: I was given a room on the 4th floor; the elevator makes a scary loud noise when it gets to the fourth floor and shakes feels like it's about to fall. I was locked out of my hotel room for hours the staff had no idea what happened. Apparently when the room door closed the latch auto locked behind the door so we couldn't get in. there was another customer at the desk complaining of the same problem on a different floor. Cleanliness was good.

Liked: Breakfast was below par. Pool was shut down by DHEC. When we first got there, the room they gave us was so heavy smelling with smoke it made you choke.The whole Hotel has an old smell to it.

Unpleasant

Disliked: Staff member opened door and stepped ask if I had checked. I was in the room.. so sure did. Bedding was yellowed, Frig wasn’t cool. Staff complained about working alone and very busy. Air wasn’t cooling. Pool close by Mecklenburg health department. Wasn’t worth the cost

We moved to the city...

Liked: The space was amazing and accommodated my very large family with a door separation for those who wanted to stay up later and watch tv.
Disliked: The food wasn’t the best, but wasn’t awful either.
