Liked: Nothing really when I booked this in January the reviews were good, but I noticed the reviews started getting bad and I see why, we will never stay here again
Disliked: Breakfast sucked, the refrigerator was barely cold , kept my husband's insulin cold enough but that's it, had to throw our lunch meat away. Pools been closed since August

Disliked: My room did not have: microwave, hair dryer, coffee maker, extra sheets (for sofa). I noted this to staff at front desk & requested an adjustment to room rate. I've not received a response.

Liked: Great location, a little bit of road construction in the area but very close to shopping, food and services.
Disliked: Breakfast for adults could be improved..... real eggs and properly cooked bacon or sausage..... lots of options for kiddie food.

Horrible. Stay anywhere else but...

Liked: It is truely hard to find anything to like about this property. I would avoid it at all costs
Disliked: We stayed at this hotel due to a sports tournament held in the area. As a result it was quite difficult to find a hotel and we paid over $250 a night to stay here. Upon arrival the outside area was very dirty, it smelt like vomit and pretty sure someone had vomited in the bushes.The reception area stunk. It was a mix of cigarette smoke, damp and a crazy amount of cleaning product to disguise the smell. The elevator also stunk. The room was very much in need of modernisation but was spacious. Unfortunately the fridge had not been cleaned from the prior guests, the whole room smelt of damp and my bed had a candy wrapper in the sheets. The Linen was dirty and had black marks. The breakfast room was disgusting, split food everywhere, limited selection. The toaster was only half working the fruit juice dispenser only had two juices and they were coming out warm. The tables had not been wiped down and there was hair in the eggs. The poor woman trying to run the breakfast shift was very sweet but overwhelmed and in need of support. The next day we discovered two families in our team group, left after checking into their rooms. Both drunk unbearably of cigarettes and were offered a can of Lysol to resolve. I’ve asked to have the Manager call me but have not heard from them to date. Please, do yourself a favour and do not stay at this hotel.

Liked: It was pet friendly, and we needed a place that had Wi-Fi that was close to our area that was hit by Helene.

Good but not great except...

Disliked: Need a little more maintenance. Air conditioner cover was off the unit (sitting in the floor). The keys card were a mess (usually had to insert 5-6 times) and tv operation was bad (remote don’t quite function fully).
