Ok for a one night...

Liked: The staff was very helpful and pleasant.Our room was in very good condition and very comfortable.
Disliked: Never could get the tv to work! The manager even brought a different remote. Nothing worked. No vending machine was available ( broke , old, empty) on two of the floors. On the second floor, the ice/ vending room was half filled with food trash, kind of stacked and scattered and very smelly. The third floor had no working ice or vending machines. When I told the manager she said that she would leave a note. Did not seem upset about the situation. Breakfast was scant.

Never again.

Close to mom's. Truck parking...

Liked: Bed was very comfortable. Shower pressure was decent. Some junky stole the copper wire out of the fridge control so no operational fridge which was very disappointing!
Disliked: A working fridge

Safe but not welcoming.

Liked: Our room was bigger than typical and the towels were generous.
Disliked: The bathroom was clean but needs updating. The lobby atmosphere and staff lacked a welcome personality. The lobby restroom was dirty and lacked supplies even after mentioning it to staff.

Ruined family trip on Christmas...

Liked: The staff was great and waffles for breakfast. They are dog friendly.
Disliked: I called ahead and asked about the pool and was never told it was closed a day that would remain closed. I paid $60 more for this place for the pool. The pool was part of our daughter's Christmas. I could have kept previous reservations, saved $60, and wouldn't have had to see my daughter's sad and disappointed face on Christmas. So, I wasted money and ruined my Christmas day. Dogs are allowed. However, there is no easy access to the outside, making it difficult with a dog. I was beyond irritated and especially after driving over 8 hours and checking ahead about the pool. It was closed on the 9th, and I called after that. Therefore, all employees knew of the closure and still decided to give me false information, ultimately RUINING my Christmas day and ripping me off. Because I specifically asked about the pool!!! I will never stay not only there, but I will avoid the chain completely.
